System Up Time: While we will strive to maintain system up time as much as possible, there will be cases when our systems will be down. You agree to not hold BoomerLink liable for any such down time. If you find a particular ad that you feel violates these terms, you may flag the ad, and we will review it promptly.

Inappropriate Listings: If you post inappropriate ads, and receive enough negative feedback from BoomerLink members, we will review your ads. If they are in fact inappropriate, we will remove them from our systems. If you continue to post such ads, we will disable your account and you will no longer be able to continue to use BoomerLink for your postings.

Spam Listings: Listings that are posted in more than one location, or in incorrect locations or categories are considered spam. We review each listing that is posted, and our members can flag listings they consider spam. If we review your listing and consider it spam, we will notify you and request that you either change or remove the listings. If after 24 hrs the listing is not removed or changed, we will notify you that we have removed the listing for you.

Disable Account & IP Address: If after repeating warnings, you continue to try to post spam, create new accounts and post inappropriate ads, or conduct other inappropriate activity, we will contact you and let you know that your account has been disable, and if needed disable your IP address from accessing TheBoomerLink.com.

Legality: All listings on BoomerLink must fully comply with all local and International laws. Failure to follow this term will result in your account being disabled, your listings removed, and your IP address sent to local law authorities.

Your Agreement: By creating an account, you agree to abide by these terms and and also agree to follow all local laws. Failure to do so, will result in your ads being removed, and your account disabled.

These terms can be modified at any time by BoomerLink.
